        Gunnar and Hans were twins. Their baptism record for 12 September 1872shows the following as godparents:  "Kari Svenungsdtr. Helgeveit, AslaugOlsdtr., Kirsti Olsdtr. Langkaas, Kirsti
Pedersdtr. Myrene, AndersKittilson Svenseid, Svenung Kittilsen Huset, Ole Olsen Langkaas."

In the 1900 census, Gunnar and his wife Tore were living in the sidebuilding at Norheim
nordre farm in Lunde.  Gunnar is listed with anoccupation of Dagarbeider, Arbeider ved jordbrug.

According to Eigil Andersen, Gunnar also had a daughter but it is notknown what her name
is.  Eigil also mentioned in a letter that theLangkaas farm in Lunde was left for Gunnar, who
gave it to his daughter,who in turn left it for her son.
